Registration & Account

Registering at bv789 is free and takes under 2 minutes. Go to the registration page and enter your full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number, and create a password. Once you confirm your address and accept the terms, your account will be active. Make your first deposit of at least R$ 20.00 via Pix to activate the welcome bonus.

No. bv789 allows only one account per CPF, email address, and device. Duplicate accounts are automatically closed and any associated bonuses are cancelled. If you forgot your password or lost access to your account, use the password recovery option on the login page.

Not at the time of registration. You create your account, deposit, and bet normally. Documentation — ID, CPF, and proof of address — is only requested before withdrawals above certain amounts or in specific identity verification cases initiated by the bv789 security team.

On the bv789 login page, click "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a password reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox. If you still can't get in, reach out via live chat — support can locate your account using your CPF.

18 years of age or older. bv789 verifies the date of birth of all players through the CPF registered with the Receita Federal. Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 18 are suspended immediately, regardless of the available balance.

Go to "My Account" after logging in and navigate to "Profile Settings". You can update your email, phone number, password, and address directly from the dashboard. Changes to your name or CPF must be made through support, with a supporting document provided.

Yes. bv789 is fully responsive and works in the browser on Android (Chrome) and iPhone (Safari) with no app download required. For faster access, add bv789 to your phone's home screen — it works just like an app without taking up storage.
Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on bv789 via Pix is R$ 20.00. For boleto bancário and credit card, the minimum is also R$ 20.00. bv789 charges no deposit fees — deposit R$ 20.00 and R$ 20.00 goes straight into your account.

bv789 accepts Pix (instant, 24/7), boleto bancário (clears within 1 business day), credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from any Brazilian bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and more. All methods are domestic, in BRL, with no currency conversion.

Via Pix, funds arrive in your bv789 account within seconds and are immediately available for betting. Credit or debit card deposits take 1 to 5 minutes to process. Bank slip (boleto bancário) takes up to 1 business day after payment. TED transfers are cleared on the same day if sent before 5 PM on business days.

After logging in, go to "Cashier" or "Withdrawals" in your account dashboard. Select Pix, enter the amount, and confirm using the Pix key linked to your CPF. Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within minutes. Unverified accounts may take up to an additional 24 hours while the security team completes identity verification.

bv789 charges no withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the exact amount that arrives in your bank account. The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts — VIP Diamond players have their withdrawals processed with priority.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal at bv789 are: pending identity verification (documents required), an incomplete bonus rollover, a withdrawal request submitted during peak hours, or a mismatch between the Pix key and the CPF registered to the account. Contact support with your withdrawal request number to check the status.

Yes. bv789 requires that all deposits be made using payment methods belonging to the registered account holder — Pix linked to the holder's CPF, card in the holder's name, TED transfer from the holder's account. Third-party deposits are identified, blocked, and returned to their source. This protects both the player and the platform.
Bonuses & Promotions

The bv789 welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Deposit R$ 100.00 via Pix and you receive an extra R$ 100.00 in bonus funds — R$ 200.00 total to play with. The bonus is credited automatically to your bonus balance with no promo code required. Subject to a 30x rollover on the bonus amount.

Rollover is the number of times you need to wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings generated from it. At bv789, the welcome bonus rollover is 30x the bonus amount received. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus requires R$ 3,000.00 in eligible bets to release the balance for withdrawal. The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 days.

Yes. Your real balance and bonus balance are kept separate on bv789. You can request a withdrawal from your real balance at any time, regardless of any pending bonus rollover. If you request a withdrawal with an active rollover, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are automatically cancelled — the withdrawal proceeds using only your available real balance.

Sports Betting with odds above 1.50 and slots contribute 100% toward the bv789 welcome bonus rollover. Table games such as live roulette, blackjack, and baccarat contribute at a reduced percentage as specified in each promotion's Terms and Conditions. Cancelled, voided, or below-minimum-odds bets do not count toward the rollover.

Yes. In addition to the welcome bonus, bv789 offers weekly reload bonuses, daily missions with real-balance rewards, risk-free bets on selected games, free spins on specific slots, and weekly cashback for VIP Program members. Active promotions are visible on your account dashboard after logging in.
Sports Betting

bv789 covers a wide selection of sports with a focus on the Brazilian market: football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, La Liga), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and more. Each event offers dozens of available markets.

Yes. bv789 offers live betting with real-time updated odds for major sporting events — including Brasileirão rounds, UFC cards, NBB games, and international matches. You can place live bets while following scores and statistics directly on the platform.

Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result, at a value calculated by bv789 based on current odds. It's useful for locking in a partial profit when a bet is going your way, or for cutting losses when things aren't looking good. The cash out option appears under "Open Bets" when available for the event.

If a match is cancelled before it starts, all associated bets at bv789 are refunded to the player's balance. If the match is postponed to another day, pre-match bets are generally kept if the event takes place within 48 hours. After that window, bets are refunded. Full details are available in the Sports Betting Terms and Conditions.

Yes. bv789 supports single and combined (parlay) bets with multiplied odds. A 5-game parlay, for example, multiplies the odds across all selections and can result in significantly higher winnings — but every pick must be correct for the bet to win. The minimum parlay bet is R$ 1.00.
Live Casino & Slots

bv789's live casino features European and American roulette with real dealers, multi-table live blackjack, live baccarat, Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Dream Catcher, and other game shows. Some tables have Portuguese-speaking dealers, making the experience feel even closer to home for Brazilian players.

Yes. The RNG (random number generator) systems for the slots available at bv789 are audited by certified, independent laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each title is displayed in the game information before you start playing. bv789 does not manipulate results — the published RTP is what operates in practice.

Yes. bv789's Live Casino and slots are fully compatible with Android and iPhone — no app required. Live table streams are optimized for mobile connections. A stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection is recommended for the best Live Casino experience.

Minimum bets at bv789's live casino vary by table and game. Most roulette and blackjack tables start at R$ 1.00. VIP tables carry higher minimums and higher maximums for high-volume players. Check each table's limits before sitting down.

Crash games are games where a multiplier climbs progressively and you need to cash out before the "plane crashes" or the multiplier busts. bv789 offers Aviator and other crash games popular in Brazil. The concept is straightforward — decide when to cash out before the multiplier stops. Bets start at R$ 1.00.
VIP Program

The bv789 VIP Program is automatic — you start at the Bronze level when you create your account and move up as you bet and deposit on the platform. The levels are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with greater benefits: higher weekly cashback, priority withdrawals, higher withdrawal limits, and access to exclusive promotions.

No. The weekly cashback from the bv789 VIP Program is credited directly to your real balance, with no rollover or wagering requirements. You receive cashback every week and can withdraw it instantly via Pix, no prior betting required. This is one of the standout advantages of the bv789 VIP program compared to other platforms.

Weekly cashback percentages in the bv789 VIP Program are: Bronze — no cashback; Silver — 5% of net weekly losses; Gold — 8%; Platinum — 12%; Diamond — up to 15%. Cashback is calculated on net losses (bets placed minus winnings) from Monday to Sunday and credited the following Monday.

VIP levels at bv789 are maintained as long as you meet each tier's minimum monthly activity requirements. Extended inactivity — generally 90 days without bets — may result in a level downgrade. Diamond players have a separate tier-maintenance policy with specific criteria communicated directly by their VIP account manager.
Security & Privacy

Yes. bv789 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections — the same standard used by major Brazilian banks like Nubank and Itaú. Player data is handled in compliance with the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados). bv789 does not sell or share player data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Contact bv789 support immediately via live chat or at contato@bv789.best and describe what happened. Reset your password right away using the "Forgot my password" option on the login page. Our security team can temporarily lock the account and review the access history while investigating.

Never. bv789 will never ask for your password, full card details, or verification codes by email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such communication, do not click any links or share any information — it is a phishing attempt. Report it to contato@bv789.best immediately.

bv789 operates in compliance with the LGPD. Your data is collected solely for account operation, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time through support or via the platform's DPO email address, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Responsible Gambling

Go to "My Account" after logging in, then navigate to "Settings" and select "Responsible Gambling". There you'll find options to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — enter the amount in BRL and confirm. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases have a 7-day waiting period as a safeguard against impulsive decisions.

Self-exclusion is available under "Settings" → "Responsible Gambling" in your bv789 account. You can choose a temporary self-exclusion of 1, 3, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period ends. Any real balance available can be withdrawn via Pix before or after self-exclusion takes effect.

Yes. bv789 monitors behavioral patterns that may indicate problem gambling — such as frequent deposits following consecutive losses or excessively long sessions. When flagged, our responsible gambling team may proactively reach out by email or chat. You are free to accept or decline the conversation — it is not mandatory.

The CVV (Centro de Valorização da Vida) provides free emotional support 24/7 by phone at 188.
